From start to finish, anyone we encountered at the firm was nothing short of fantastic.
Initially, I still wasn't 100% sure, but after listening to the whole episode, I decided it was worthwhile to appeal our NAP and retain Brendan for the job.
He was very thorough In keeping everything moving forward and me informed to what my options were and how to proceed.
