Communicated with Liam and team on the phone and via email, and found Liams Kearns' team had the best communication and responsiveness, and was willing to negotiate in various ways so I proceeded with their services.
I must admit I was so scared about closing cost since we never got anything till the last day but still had few hours to make sure we can get the draft.
