Ils ont fait une erreur en déclarant mes impôts. Je leur ai demandé à deux reprises de vérifier correctement et je n'ai toujours pas corrigé le problème. J'ai dû aller voir un autre comptable et payer plus de frais pour faire un nouveau dossier et le soumettre. J'ai découvert que si je l'avais envoyé via Gora, j'aurais dû payer un montant fou d'impôts au gouvernement et lorsque cela avait été fait correctement par l'autre entreprise, je n'avais pas eu à payer un dollar au gouvernement. Ils m'ont quand même fait payer les frais et ne se sont jamais excusés pour les ennuis et les erreurs.
