I previously was assigned to work with Mr. McDermott when he was an associate of another law firm. I have to confess, initially, I wasn't confident that Brendan was going to be able to manage my case effectively. To my satisfaction. We hadn't appeared before the court yet. Once we did, wow! The man is exceedingly effective. Reasonable in his billing, efficient, highly intuitive and genuine. He danced circles around the opposition. We had no problem reducing my initial liability from outrageous, stratospheric demands from opposing party to that of a very manageable number. In the days leading up to a court appearance I would get more concerned. But once underway, Brendan defended my position and strategized so effectively that I was literally amazed at the outcome.
