If I have a free consultation, am I obligated to hire you?

Absolutely not. While we work on claims of any size, we have no expectation that you will hire us after a consultation. We want you to feel 100% comfortable when meeting us and will never pressure you.

Can I argue my case without a lawyer?

Yes, although it is not recommended. Insurance companies have large teams of very experienced lawyers who have vested interests in making sure you receive as little compensation as possible. They understand the legal system and are able to use it against claimants who do not.
