The Bookkeeping Assistant will support the efforts of senior team member in achieving, client objectives. The role will include coordination and management of client bookkeeping requirements including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting.nnThe Bookkeeping Assistant will handle various support tasks including but not limited to the below.nnJob Duties:n• Supporting the company with project organization.n• Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of office activities.n• Conducting communication and collation of all paperwork.n• Recording transactions such as income and outgoings and posting them to various accounts.n• Processing payments.n• Conducting daily banking activities.n• Producing various financial reports.n• Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.n• Updating databases, spreadsheets, and inventory listsn• Building strong relationships with clients.nnSkills and Qualifications:nIdeal candidates for this role should be well-organized, must be excellent writers and communicators.
