Lawrence received his Law Degree (Juris Doctor) from Osgoode Hall Law School and his MBA from the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Prior to starting Forstner Law in Oshawa, Lawrence worked for many years as a Probation & Parole Officer. Lawrence articled with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Toronto Crown Attorney's Office, both at Old City Hall and the Superior Court of Justice. He held positions as a Crown Attorney in Toronto, Kitchener, and Cochrane North, where he worked with First Nations' communities. Lawrence is grateful for the open and welcoming relationships and education he gained from this experience. In his downtime, Lawrence is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys carpentry and renovation.

What started out as confontational proceedings, Lawrence was able to win his motion to proceed via Zoom and the court was very accommodating after that point and the trial went very well I would highly impressed with Lawrences concern for my son's health rather then to submitt to a process that would have resulted in a travisty of justice and i am not saying it would have been intentional on the courts part.
He listens, he is compassionate, he takes your calls and emails, he responds quickly and works with your schedule.
Be rest assured that he would not rush you on the phone but take the time to listen and walk you through the legal process , step by step untill the very best outcome.
Lawrence is a highly experienced lawyer, but he has great power in his capacity to care about the people he represents, he fights for true justice, and Lawrence believed in me, and now I'm a free man, Thank you Lawrence you will always be considered to be a friend of mine!
