Parasol Financial Solutions is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment to all of our clients. With the recent government announcements strongly urging people to use a face mask while indoors and the stress being placed on our hospitals and emergency services, we wish to remind you of the protocols in place at our office. • We’ll continue to run our HEPA filter during office hours. • We’ll continue to conduct virtual meetings as well as in-person meetings. We’ll leave it to your comfort level which you would prefer. • The Parasol team will continue to wear facemasks. • Clients that choose in-person interactions will be required to wear a facemask. We’ll ensure that you’re aware of this requirement when we set up a face-to-face meeting. • We’ll continue to have hand sanitizer available when clients come into the office. • We’re going to continue to be actively screening ourselves for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors at the beginning of each workday and we continue to commit to staying at home if we’re experiencing any such symptoms. If you have an in-person meeting scheduled and you’re experiencing symptoms, or if you are a known contact of a positive COVID-19 case, we’d kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment. • If any of us contracts COVID-19, we’re committing to not return to the office until we’ve had two negative rapid tests, 24 hours apart and are no longer experiencing any symptoms.
