From start to finish, the process was smooth and hasI did my taxes with them last Feb 25 2023. I received my tax return March 04 2023. They're very accomodating and helpful. I first spoke to Mutti over the phone and he assisted me on what to bring. Then went to their office and it's Carrie who assisted me further. As it's my first time filing tax, I have zero knowledge of hownit works. Carrie, patiently explained to me everything of how my taxes should be. She's very knowledgeable and kind.
